Timing of shipments
The delivery of the products purchased on www.nologoeyewear.com takes place on average within 2 working days from the order in Italy. For foreign orders (Europe and extra Europe) it takes place on average within a maximum of 5 working days from the online order.
Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays; carriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 and on weekends.
For orders made by credit card, a normal business day for normal administrative checks must be added to the normal shipping times.
Courier deliveries are made in WORKING HOURS therefore it is preferable to enter an address where someone is always present for collection, otherwise the package will go into storage with consequent delay in delivery and possible charge of custody costs.
Upon delivery of the Products, the Customer must check:
- that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strips.
If the Customer fails to collect the Products ordered and present in stock at the courier's warehouses within 5 (five) working days, Mistral Optical will cancel the purchase order due to the impossibility of delivery of the Products to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, with the latter being charged for the costs of storage / storage of the Products.
All times indicated are to be considered from the payment confirmation received: not only valid for orders placed by bank transfer and in the case of administrative checks.
All products will be shipped on the working day following the order, if available in stock.
At the time of taking delivery by the courier, the customer will be provided with the tracking code for tracing the goods.
No responsibility can be ascribed to Mistral Optical for the execution of deliveries in a longer time than the time span identified above and / or for disservices due to force majeure such as fires, earthquakes, strikes and / or lockouts, floods and others similar events that prevented, in whole or in part, from executing this contract within the times agreed.
Loss and / or damage in Shipping / Transportation:
The Customer is invited to examine the product upon delivery in order to verify its identity and status.
In the event that the product is damaged / affected by defects at the time of delivery, the Customer is invited not to receive the goods: the Customer must return the goods to the carrier at the time of delivery and report to the carrier himself the presence of defects / differences.
The Customer also undertakes to inform Mistral Optical of the presence of damage / discrepancies and / or loss of the product, accompanying the information with photo reproductions certifying the presence of any defects / discrepancies.
Mistral Optical is not responsible for damage and / or loss of things delivered to the carrier for transportation pursuant to and for the effects of art. 1693 c.c
For damage and / or loss of the product occurring in the time interval between the moment in which the things are delivered by the sender to the carrier until the moment in which they are returned to the recipient, the carrier will respond exclusively.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and adequately highlighted in the Purchase Order.
The Price shown on the Site at the time of the Order is applied to the Products, without any consideration of previous offers or any price changes that occurred subsequently.
