The Customer can only purchase the Products present in the electronic catalog of the site www.nologoeyewear.com at the time of placing the order, as described in the relative information sheets.

It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in shades and colors.

All purchase support information is to be understood as simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of a single product that can instead be requested by writing to online@nologoeyewear.com.

The sales prices are inclusive of VAT and any other tax.

Reservation of products not available and located outside the warehouse:

The consideration relating to any order must be paid in full in advance, except for cash on delivery, and will be sent as soon as the product is available as indicated at the time of purchase.

The Customer is aware that by sending the order to Mistral Optical, he accepts without reserve all the provisions contained in the general terms and conditions of sale of this contract, of which he was informed by accessing the site and of which he is fully aware of having read them and understood.

The Customer is aware that by sending the order to Mistral Optical, he undertakes to observe the aforementioned provisions. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Mistral Optical guarantees communication to the Customer by e-mail or telephone within 5 days from the receipt of the summary e-mail. Mistral Optical accepts orders for Products within the limits of the quantities existing in the Mistral Optical warehouse.

Therefore the acceptance of the purchase proposal by the Customer is subject to the availability of the Products in stock. Mistral Optical undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseen depletion of stocks due to excess demand or other causes.

Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is expressly excluded, as well as in any case any and all liability of Mistral Optical, contractual or non-contractual, for direct or indirect damage to people and / or things, caused by non-acceptance, also partial, of an order.

If during the selection procedure of the Products on the site www.nologoeyewear.com, the Customer finds that the price of one or more of the Products he intends to select for the subsequent purchase is clearly lower than that normally applied, net of any discounts and / or promotions in effect at that time, due to an obvious technical problem occurred on the site www.nologoeyewear.com, please do not complete your purchase order and report the aforementioned technical error to the Mistral Optical Customer Service, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address online@nologoeyewear.com.

In cases where the Customer has completed his purchase order and is included in the latter a Product whose price is clearly lower than that normally applied, net of any discounts and / or promotions at that time in force, due to of an obvious technical problem that occurred on the website www.nologoeyewear.com:

(a) if the Customer has not yet received the Product, Mistral Optical will proceed to

   (i) cancel the order, the delivery of which will therefore not be carried out, simultaneously sending a communication in this regard by e-mail, to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer during the transmission of the order and

   (ii) reimburse the Customer for payments made by the same in relation to the canceled order, including delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the cancellation of the order, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction;

(b) if the Customer has received the Product, Mistral Optical will promptly inform the Customer via e-mail of the error occurred in the process of completing their order, offering them, alternatively, to

   (i) pay to Mistral Optical, within and no later than the next 5 (five) days, through one of the payment methods available on the website www.nologeyewear.com, the amount corresponding to the difference between the correct price of the Product and the incorrect price resulting from the purchase order, or

   (ii) cancel your order, following the instructions contained in the same communication and returning the Product to Mistral Optical, at the expense of the latter, no later than the following 14 (fourteen) days, sending it to Mistral Optical Srl, Via del Fagher, 22, 32030 Quero (BL) - ITALY, damage-free, complete with all its elements and accessories (including unaltered labels and tags attached to the product), accompanied by any notes attached, the original packaging and packaging and from the warranty certificate and accompanied by the return form, suitably completed, which you will find attached to the e-mail sent by Mistral Optical.

In the event that the Customer has chosen the option referred to in point (b) (ii) above, Mistral Optical will refund the Customer the payments made by him in relation to the canceled order, including delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the cancellation of the order, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction.

Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, by clicking on the button " CONFIRM ORDER ", the customer will accept the terms and conditions of sale contained in this contract, and authorize Mistral Optical to be charged total amount indicated, including the contribution for shipping costs.

The customer must print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of articles 50 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05. A copy of these conditions will still be sent to the customer by e-mail together with the order confirmation receipt.

If you do not agree with the content of some or all of the related provisions relating to the general terms and conditions of sale, we ask you the courtesy of not sending the order for the purchase of the products, refraining from purchasing.

Customer obligations and indemnities

The Customer agrees and undertakes, once the online purchase procedure is concluded, to print and keep these general conditions, which he will have already viewed and accepted.

The Customer declares to be of age, as well as that the data provided by him are correct and true. It is forbidden for the Customer to enter false, and / or invented and / or invented data in the registration procedure for the execution of this contract and for the related communications. The Customer will in any case keep Mistral Optical harmless and free from any responsibility, burden or cost directly or indirectly connected or consequent by: - ​​incorrect or third-party data entry;

- use of customer login credentials by third parties;

- violations by the Customer of these general conditions of sale.
