Customer service and order management
The Customer can only purchase the Products present in the electronic catalog of the website www.nologoeyewear.com at the time of placing the order, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in shades and colors.
All purchase support information is to be understood as simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of a single product which can be requested by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The sales prices include VAT. and all other taxes.
Reservation of products not available and located outside the warehouse
The consideration for any order must be paid in full in advance, with the exception of payment by cash on delivery, and will be shipped as soon as the product is available as indicated at the time of purchase.
The Customer is aware that, by sending the order to Mistral srl, he accepts without reservation all the provisions contained in the general terms and conditions of sale of this contract, of which he was informed by accessing the site and of which he is fully aware of having read them. and understood.
The Customer is aware that, by sending the order to Mistral srl, he undertakes to observe the aforementioned provisions. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Mistral srl guarantees communication to the Customer by e-mail or telephone within 5 days from receipt of the summary e-mail. Mistral srl accepts orders for products within the limits of the quantities existing in the warehouse of Mistral srl.
Therefore, the acceptance of the purchase proposal by the Customer is subject to the availability of the Products in stock. Mistral srl undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseen depletion of stocks due to excess demand or other causes.
Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is expressly excluded, as well as in any case excluded any and all liability of Mistral srl, contractual or extra-contractual, for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, also partial, of an order.
If during the Product selection procedure on the website www.nologoeyewear.com, the Customer finds that the price of one or more of the Products he intends to select for the next purchase is clearly lower than that normally applied, net of any discounts and / or promotions in force at that time, due to an obvious technical problem that occurred on the website www.nologoeyewear.com, please do not complete your purchase order and report the aforementioned technical error to the Customer Service of Mistral srl, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address email@example.com.
In cases where the Customer has completed his purchase order and the latter includes a Product whose price is clearly lower than that normally applied, net of any discounts and / or promotions in force at that time, due to of an obvious technical problem that occurred on the website www.nologoeyewear.com:
(a) if the Customer himself has not yet received the Product, Mistral srl will provide for
(i) cancel the order, the delivery of which will therefore not be carried out, by simultaneously sending a communication in this regard via e-mail, to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer when transmitting the order and
(ii) refund to the Customer the payments made by the same in relation to the canceled order, including delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the cancellation of the order, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction;
(b)if the Customer has received the Product, Mistral srl will promptly inform the Customer via e-mail of the error that occurred in the process of completing their order, offering the same, alternatively, to
(i) pay in favor of Mistral srl, no later than the following 5 (five) days, using one of the payment methods available on the website www.nologoeyewear.com, the amount corresponding to the difference between the correct price of the Product and the incorrect price resulting from the purchase order, or
(ii)cancel your order, following the instructions contained in the same communication and returning the Product to Mistral srl, at the latter's expense, no later than the following 14 (fourteen) days, by sending it to Mistral Srl, Via del Fagher, 22, 32030 Quero (BL) - ITALY, undamaged, complete with all its elements and accessories (including the labels and tags unaltered and attached to the product), accompanied by any attached notes, original packaging and packaging and the guarantee certificate and accompanied by the return form, duly completed, which will be attached to the e-mail sent by Mistral srl.
In the event that the Customer has chosen the option referred to in the previous point (b)
(ii), MISTRAL SRL will reimburse the customer the payments by the same carried out in relation to the order canceled, including delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no more than 14 days from the cancellation of the Order, using the same means by payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction.
The Customer, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, by clicking on the "CONFIRM ORDER" button, will accept the terms and conditions of sale set out in this contract, and will authorize Mistral srl to charge the total amount indicated, including the contribution for shipping costs.
The Customer must print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of articles 50 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05. A copy of these conditions will in any case be sent to the customer by e-mail together with the order confirmation receipt.
If you do not agree with the content of some or all of the related provisions relating to the general terms and conditions of sale, we ask the courtesy not to send the order for the purchase of the products, refraining from the purchase.
