Shipping and payments
The delivery of the products purchased on www.nologoeyewear.com takes place on average within 2 working days from the order in Italy.
For orders abroad (Europe and extra Europe), it takes place on average within a maximum of 5 working days from the online order. Delivery times may be delayed in the case of holidays; carriers do not deliver on 12/25, 12/26, 01/01 and weekends.
For orders placed by credit card, one working day must be added to the normal shipping times for normal administrative checks.
Deliveries by courier are made during WORKING HOURS therefore it is preferable to enter an address where someone is always present for collection, otherwise the package will go into storage with consequent delay in delivery and possible charge of storage costs.
Upon delivery of the Products, the Customer must check:
- that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes. In case of non-collection by the Customer, within 5 (five) working days, of the Products ordered and present in storage at the courier's warehouses, Mistral srl will cancel the purchase order due to the impossibility of delivering the Products to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, with charge to the latter of the costs of custody / storage of the Products.
All the times indicated are to be considered from the payment confirmation received: not only valid for orders placed by bank transfer and in the case of administrative checks.
All products will be shipped the next working day after the order, if available in stock. Upon collection by the courier, the Customer will be provided with the tracking code for tracing the goods. No responsibility can be ascribed to Mistral srl for the execution of deliveries in a longer time than the time span identified above and / or for inefficiencies due to force majeure such as fires, earthquakes, strikes and / or lockouts, floods and others. similar events that prevented, in whole or in part, the execution of this contract within the agreed time frame.
Loss and / or damage in shipping / transportation
The Customer is invited to examine the product upon delivery in order to verify its identity and status. In the event that the product is damaged / affected by defects at the time of delivery, the Customer is invited not to receive the goods: the Customer must return the goods to the carrier at the time of delivery and report to the carrier himself the presence of defects / discrepancy.
The Customer also undertakes to inform Mistral srl of the presence of damage / discrepancies and / or loss of the product, accompanying the information with photo reproductions certifying the presence of any defects / discrepancies.
Mistral srl is not responsible for damage and / or loss of things delivered to the carrier for transport pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1693 of the Italian Civil Code For damages and / or loss of the product occurring in the time lapse between the moment in which the things are delivered by the sender to the carrier until the moment in which they are returned to the recipient, the carrier will be solely responsible.
All prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and are adequately highlighted in the Purchase Order. The Price shown on the Site at the time the Order is sent is applied to the Products, without any consideration of previous offers or any subsequent price changes.
